We’ll also ask: Was Mozart truly an unmatched model for all composers who followed? How does his music resonate in the 21st century? Do his operas still captivate both listeners and performers? \nIn the musical part of the evening\, we won’t limit ourselves to Mozart’s works alone. You’ll also hear music by those who admired—or perhaps appreciated—Mozart in their own way. Si! at the Baltic Opera\, Musicalomania at the Musical Theatre in Gdynia\, Operetta Madness at the Mazovian Musical Theatre)\, and the operatic monodrama Diva for Rent (premiere: Polonia Theatre\, 2011). He also created the TVP series What About Opera? \nAcademic lecturer (University of Gdańsk\, Academy of Music in Gdańsk).
