Information on the processing of personal data of the Warsaw Chamber Opera’s viewers and newsletter recipients.
Regarding the changes in the provisions on the protection of personal data, we provide updated information about the processing of your personal data by the data administrator – Warsaw Chamber Opera, ul. Obrońców 31, 03-933 Warsaw. Since you are the viewers of the Warsaw Chamber Opera and recipients of our newsletter it is important to us, that you have full knowledge about how and why we process your data. We encourage you to read the following information, and should you have any questions or doubts, please contact our Data Protection Officer at the following email address: iod@operakameralna.pl. We process your data solely for the purpose of selling tickets for cultural events organised by the Warsaw Chamber Opera (performance of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR), and delivery of the Warsaw Chamber Opera newsletter (to safeguard the legitimate interests of the data administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Providing your personal data is voluntary. In the case of data submitted in the ticket purchase form, it is necessary to provide your data in order to conclude a contract with you.
Your data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and over the period necessary for vindication of claims. We provide your data as part of the ticket sale and newsletter subscription service to entities providing us with the service of operating systems and IT software used for the abovementioned purposes. We do not transfer data to other entities (except for authorised state institutions and authorities) or outside the European Economic Area, i.e. to third countries. You also have the right to access your data, correct your data, request its removal, limit its processing, raise an objection against processing said data and the right to transfer data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if your data is processed unlawfully.
Information on the processing of personal data of natural persons contracted on civil law contracts by the Warsaw Chamber Opera.
The General Data Protection Regulation is applicable from 25th May 2018, fulfilling the information obligation arising from art. 13 of the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we would like to inform you that the implementation of the contract that has been concluded with you involves the need to process your personal data, without their use the performance of aforementioned contracts would be impossible. To ensure protection and control of the use of your personal data, please be informed that the Administrator of your personal data is the Warsaw Chamber Opera with headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Obrońców 31, 03-933 Warsaw. The administrator data processes only personal data that you have provided yourself and uses them only on the basis and for the performance of the contract. Should you have any questions or doubts, please contact our Data Protection Officer – at the following email address: iod@operakameralna.pl. In order to perform the contract, the collected data is limited only to the data necessary for the aforementioned contracts and for compliance with a legal obligation to which administrator is subject.
We process the collected personal data for the following purposes:
1. performance of a contract to which the data is subject party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (to provide the service and that the contract could be performed (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR),
2. in the field of accounting and tax settlements (required by law) (fulfilment of legal obligations that is incumbent on the administrator (Article (6) (1) (c) GDPR),
3. debt collection, conducting court, administrative and mediation proceedings (implementation of legitimate interests of personal data administrator (Article (6) (1) (f) GDPR). Your data will be stored as long as it is necessary to perform all obligations and pursue claims arising from concluded contracts and for the period for which it will be required by law.
You have the right to access your data, correct your data, request its removal, limit its processing, raise an objection against processing said data and the right to access data relating to you. In addition, you also have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however also necessary to conclude and perform a contract with the Warsaw Chamber Opera. The data provided by you will not be subject to disclosure to third parties, except for state institutions and authorities entitled to its access.
Information on the processing of personal data of natural persons employed by the Warsaw Chamber Opera will be forwarded by the Human Resources Department.
